In some cases, you may be required to complete Penn Medicine's Knowledge Link tutorial to meet your entity's regulatory requirements to conduct telehealth appointments.

The course is 15 minutes long but can be tested out of if you are already familiar with Penn Medicine's telemedicine platforms and workflows. It will introduce users to telemedicine at Penn Medicine; orient users to Penn Medicine's telemedicine platforms (Switchboard and BlueJeans); describe telemedicine visit best practices; and provide background on legal, regulatory, reimbursement, privacy and security considerations related to telemedicine.
